1. You can either call, email or text me on the phone. I try to make it as easy as possible to contact me.
2. Due to time restraints I am unable to listen to my phone messages, so if I do not pick up the phone, please text me or email me, and I will get back to you as quickly as I can.
3. When contacting me please be brief and to the point. Since I am not an agency, I answer the phone, emails, and texts myself. Unfortunately, this doesn’t allow me to have the time for long conversations. I’d rather spend my time with you.
4. I do appreciate you letting me know your first name, age, and occupation.
   Please also be ready to answer the following questions:
   • When? Please let me know an exact time so I can plan my day correctly.
   • Length of Time?
   • Where?
5. Be on time! If you can not make it, let me know as soon as you can. My time is precious, if your cancellation is too close to our appointed time or you do not show up, I will be very hesitant to re-book any new appointments with you.
6. Please do not send any pictures or ask me to send any to you. I can’t receive or send any on my phone. I hope you enjoy the pictures on my website.
7. No sexting or asking me what I will do when we meet.
8. Flying in? Please do not book an appointment to close to your arrival, in case of flight delays.
9. No price negotiations!
10. Cash only. Sometimes I take credit cards but only if I feel comfortable with you. I do not barter, I do not take roses, perfume, alcohol, drugs, tickets, gift cards, carpet wash, etc…in exchange. (I seriously got all of these requests for barter…you men are amazing : )

12. I do outcalls. My surcharge is $100 for distances less than 15 miles. I charge $160 per hour of driving time for distances over 15 miles. This time is based on a round trip.
13. I have a nice private place. It is very clean and cozy. I have fresh towels and soap and non-alcoholic drinks. I try to create a sensual and relaxed environment with candles and soft music. No smoking indoors.
14. Street parking at my can easily be found. In order to avoid delays for our time together, it is important to follow my directions. I’ll try to keep it as simple as possible.
15. I do accept requests for outfits and/or roleplay. Try to keep it somewhat simple, if you have too many requests, our time together will feel restrained and less spontaneous.
16. I like when you have requests and ideas. I like to try different things. I am openminded but play things safe. (Not much for toys.)
17. I pride myself on not being mechanical, I try to make our time together sensual and spontaneous. I am very genuine and expect you to be the same.
18. I will not book appointments with anyone making unsafe requests.
